The First Baptist Church of Moffat donates to support Sri Lanka church planting as well as the Lighthouse Church Gampola, led by Pastor Jacob Ratnam and his wife Asiri.
The great men and women at Lighthouse Church Gampola use donations to help bring more people to Jesus, as well as to help educate the families and children in the area.
Opportunities they offer include:
Lighthouse School - Aimed at educating underprivileged children ages 6-15
Music Class - Teaches students musical skills using guitars, keyboards, and drums
Sewing Class - Teaches ladies from various religious backgrounds basic sewing skills
With ongoing tensions from the political and economic situation in Sri Lanka, the Church is a cornerstone for the community.
